Thanks to its advanced multi-layer construction consisting of a steel backing, a structured bronze layer, and a sealed PTFE sliding surface, NORGLIDE^® PRO delivers load-carrying capabilities that are nearly twice those of other NORGLIDE® self-lubricating bearing materials.

NORGLIDE^® PRO is composed of a thin steel backing combined with a polygonal structured bronze layer, into which a filled PTFE sliding layer is embedded. This unique material combination provides significantly enhanced load-bearing performance while maintaining the low-friction characteristics associated with NORGLIDE^® bearings.

The metallic backing can be protected against corrosion using a variety of surface treatment methods, making NORGLIDE^® PRO suitable for demanding operating environments.
